I’m Dan Bussard. My priority is providing my home sellers and home buyers with the type of service that I have never received in all my home purchases and sales. I know that buying or selling a home is an emotional time, so my goal is to be the “level-head” and remove as much stress from the process as possible. I am a straight-forward, tell it like it is person and try to always keep my clients “in the know” even when the news isn’t great. 
After spending over 20 years in Commercial Insurance Sales and now 5 years in Real Estate, I have all the negotiation skills necessary to look after my clients' interests first and foremost and achieve the best deal and terms.  I love technology and work hard to always be on the cutting edge, by bringing my clients the best services using all the state-of-the-art systems.  
Outside of Real Estate, I am proud to have been married to my wife, Amanda for over 26 years and have two amazing young adult children. My faith is a very important part of who I am, having served in my local churches as a Worship Leader and Youth Leader for many years, it impacts how I approach my obligations as a realtor. Having been born and raised in the Greater Philadelphia Area, I am a diehard Philadelphia Sports Fan. Go Phillies! Go Eagles!
